Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds.

Kornia Solutions will gladly refund or exchange any purchases within 3 working days from the date of receipt, provided that proof of purchase is presented, and that the item has not been used or installed and is returned in its original packaging. However, in the event of Kornia Solutions supplying an order where the product is not usually stocked by Kornia Solutions then KorniamSolutions will not be obliged to have to do an exchange or refund if so requested. Regrettably we cannot refund or exchange any software that has been installed or where the package has been opened, nor will we exchange ink cartridges under any circumstances. Should you wish to arrange a return or refund please contact the relevant outlet during business hours (Monday – Friday, 08h00 to 17h00).

Out of stock.

In the event of multiple orders on limited stock we would be obliged to process the orders on a first come first serve basis based on the forwarded proof of payment. In the event of us not being able to complete an order we would contact you to advise and if required refund in full.

 

Warranty Information

General Warranty Information.

For products that hold a warranty, please note that we may have to first return the goods to the manufacturer, supplier or service provider, in order to confirm a hardware or manufacturer’s fault and to eliminate any customer induced damage. Some supplier warranty service centers require a diagnostic charge to determine the repair and parts required when booking the unit in. If the unit is found warrantable the charge will be refunded. Should you decide not to accept the quotation for the out of warranty repair, the diagnostic charge will be forfeited, and the unit will be returned to you, unrepaired, as requested. Upon repair of the goods, we will notify you that it is available for collection. The unit must be collected within 3 months after this notification, failing which the goods will be sold in order to defray costs.

 

Exclusions to Warranty.

Damage caused by, or evidence of the following will invalidate the warranty as it is classified as customer induced damage:
• Lighting Damage
• Power Surges
• Extended Exposure to moisture and humidity
• Liquid Contamination
• Fire and heat damage
• Acts of God
• War
• Public Disturbances
• Connection to incorrect voltage or damage due to electrical power surges
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental Damage
• Misuse or Abuse (including “screen burn”
• Failure to properly maintain
• Use of improper cleaning methods
• Infestation by insects or vermin
• Incorrect operation
• Use for which it is not designed (e.g commercial or industrial environment)
• Use of faulty leaking batteries
• Damage caused by the use of remanufactured or generic accessories and ink supplies
• Incomplete or incorrect customer instruction/education
• Evidence of tampering or repair by a non-approved service center
• Altered or removed serial number
• Prolonged and excessive periods of maximum volume and loudness leading to damage of
speakers and/or speaker boxes
• Damage causing LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) leakage or screen cracks
• Software related faults (no hardware fault

 

Delivery

Deliveries within Harare.

We are offering free deliveries within the greater part of Harare. There is a minimum order value for this. Please check with our sales team.
We do not offer urgent deliveries but will deliver within 24 hours.

 

Nationwide Deliveries.

We can facilitate nationwide deliveries using any of the independent courier services available. One can use their own account or ask our sales team for a quote. It is that simple. Please note liability is transferred from us once the product has been collected by the courier.
